Pet Care Pass helps you prepare care instructions for the people looking after your pet. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and how sharing works.
Information you provide
We may receive your email address, pet profile, care instructions, emergency contacts, and optional photos when you use the service. You choose which fields appear on a temporary shared pass.
Sharing and retention
A shared pass is available to anyone who has its temporary link until it expires or you revoke it. Do not include information that the intended caregiver does not need. We retain account and pass data only for operating the service and honoring your requests.
Security and deletion
We use access controls and signed sessions to protect account operations. Contact us to request deletion of your account or care pass data.
Medical boundary
Pet Care Pass stores owner-provided instructions. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend medication, or calculate doses. Follow your veterinarian's instructions.
