By using Pet Care Pass, you agree to provide accurate information, protect your private links, and use the service only for lawful pet-care coordination.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your care instructions and for deciding what information to share. Keep temporary links private and revoke them when they are no longer needed.
Service boundary
The service is a communication and organization tool. It is not veterinary advice, an emergency response service, or a substitute for professional care.
Plans and billing
Paid plans, trials, renewals, refunds, and taxes are handled through Paddle and are subject to the terms shown at checkout. Access may change when a subscription expires, is canceled, or is refunded.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or the email associated with your account.
